A written request addressed to the ambassador- A copy of the expired or lost passport
- Loss statement in case of loss of passport
After the file is forwarded to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the concerned person, through his representative in Nouakchott, shall follow up the procedures at the level of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the interests of the National Agency for Secure Documents
After the passport is issued, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs sends it in the diplomatic bag to the embassy to be delivered directly to its owner.
